Steps to delete your User Account from the Website

1. Login to your User Account from the CTR Home Page

 

2. Enter your phone number to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) code and

“Agree to the terms and continue.”

 

3. Enter the OTP code that was sent to your mobile phone number. Select “resend code” and

enter a new code if you have timed out.

 

4. Once logged into CTR website, select “About me” from the “User Profile Tab” drop down menu.

 

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Delete account.” Your User Account will be deleted from both the App and website. This will include any payment methods, all transactions receipts, and any earned points and rewards. Once you delete your User Account, you will no longer be able to access this information. We reserve the right to maintain information for eligibility purposes and to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

How do I delete my User Account from the App?

1. Go to “My Profile” on the App, select “Settings” and select “Delete Account.” There is a prompt that confirms whether you want to continue deleting your account or to cancel.

 

2. To continue deleting your account, select “Delete Account”. Your User Account will be deleted from both the App and website. This will include any payment methods, all transaction receipts, and any earned points and rewards.

 

3. Once you delete your User Account, you will no longer be able to access this information. We reserve the right to maintain information for eligibility purposes and to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

 

 

How do I delete my data?

As a California resident, you have the right to delete your Chevron Texaco Rewards (CTR) personal data. To delete your data, login to your User Account from the CTR home page. When prompted, enter your phone number to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) code that will be sent to your mobile phone number. Select “Agree to the terms and continue”. The prompt will ask you to “enter the code” that was sent to your mobile phone number. Enter the code and if timed out, select “resend code” and repeat “enter the code”.

 

Once logged into the CTR website, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the on the “CA Privacy” link. From the “Your Privacy Rights” window, click on the “delete my data” link. Confirm that you would like to delete your data by selecting the radial button certifying that you are a California resident. Type in the confirmation word delete” in the field and “submit”.
